New Year’s Eve at Stolpe is very personal: Starting in our Stolpe Ferry Inn (“Stolper Fährkrug”)… Torches and horns will accompany you along the way. In the morning you will be walking through the Peene Valley and in the evening the lord of the manor invites you to take your seat at the festively decorated table. You will enjoy 5 spectacular courses, a perfect choice of wines and of course, selected guests … Time for champagne at night, the shiny dance floor, for good conversations over Cognac, whisky and Co. or for a romantic strollunder the stars of the Nordic sky.

|Arrival on December 30: We will get together in the evening at the open fire and walk over to the oldest pub in Western Pomerania – the Stolpe Ferry Inn (“Stolper Fährkrug”). Torches and horns will lead the way. After a short walk, a wintry aperitif will be served in the Stolpe smithy, followed by Western Pomeranian home cooking which will be served in steaming pots – fine, perfectly prepared – in the historic Stolpe Ferry Inn overlooking the River Peene. Expect our fine regional delicacies (3 course menu excluding beverages).|
|New Year’s Eve, December 31: Get up quickly, we are off to the Peene Valley! After a sumptuous breakfast, our nature guide will be expecting usin order to show you the Peene Valley and surroundingcountryside. Back in the Gutshaus, a steaming soup and mulled wine will help warm you up again. Have your afternoon tea later – traditionally served in the salon.|
|New Year’s Eve: The lord of the manor will open the festive dinner in the restaurant.Bright candles, flower decoration and shiny silverware promise something splendid: a five-course menu created by award-winning star chef Björn Kapelke, accompanied by a fine selection of wines from the cellars of the manor house. You will be in good hands with the maitre d’hotel and the gourmet cuisine of Björn Kapelke. It is midnight. Champagne starting to flow, a fireworks display illuminating the spacious parkland at midnight, reflected in the River Peene. Music is playing, snacks are served, cognac and other drinks are waiting at the bar… This night, the years are countless and life is an everlasting dance!|
|New Year’s Day, January 1: A savoury late breakfast…. the previous night was long! A small trip to the Baltic Sea and a walk along the beach of Heringsdorf and Bansin to feel the wind in your face, to discover the region before going back to the manor house. Or you may decide to relax in the wellness-lounge overlooking the wintery park. In the evening you are invited to a wine tasting. The fondue dinner which followswill be social, easy-going, and extremely good! (beverages are not included).|
The festive evening begins with champagne and finger food. New Year’s Eve menu: 5 courses from chef de cuisine Björn Kapelke’s gourmet kitchen including wines & mineral water followed by coffee after dinner. A glass of champagne at midnight, snacks, fireworks in the manor park, dancing into the wee hours.
