Learn from the chef – chef de cuisine Stephan Krogmann will fill you in on the secrets of his gourmet cuisine and providetips and tricks for cooking at home! Alone, in pairs, or in a group. Simply fill out the registration form - the number of places is limited!
Starting at 2 p.m. with a welcome-aperitif handed out by our chef de cuisine in the vault cellar, followed by a short introduction to the course.
With zest we go into the kitchen. While we work, we’ll provide you with a few drops to relax. Later in the afternoon, home-made cakes from our patisserie as well as coffee will be served before we cross the finish line.
Afterwards, simply sit back and enjoy! Indulge in your own home-made 3-course menu with the other participants of the course along with fine accompanying beverages.

Located very close to the Baltic Sea, fish and crustaceans may not be missing on our restaurant menu. Learn how to recognize the best quality of cod, Norway lobster & Co. and how to tastefully bring them to your plate.
