Our gourmet restaurant has been awarded a star from the Michelin Guide from 1998 up to present. Casual, easy-going, relaxed. This is how we would like to describe the atmosphere in our restaurant. Opposite of what most people would associate with a gourmet restaurant. We do not impose a formal dress code and you are welcome to have a bite from your neighbor’s plate. And sometimes the Chef himself will bring out the plates.
A relaxing evening with excellent cuisine and fine wines – this is what you can expect. Your satisfied smile at the end of the evening – this is what we aim for.
Björn Kapelke has been in charge of the culinary direction of the Gutshaus Stolpe, a Relais & Châteaux House, near Usedom (apopular Baltic Sea island in Pomerania) since 2017. Before that, he spent the last few years as executive chef at the Scheelehof in Stralsund (on the coast of Western Pomerania). In 2014, he earned his first star from the Michelin Guide. He brought Henri Zipperling with him who had already been at his side in Stralsund. A gourmet team remaining true to itself and now creating culinary delights at Stolpe.
We are pleased that the excellent cuisine and tradition remains in Stolpe, and continues to live on the manor house kitchen. Come for a visit and let us tempt your senses.

In addition to our regular menu you can get to know Björn Kapelke’s art of cooking with this 3-course-menu. Available weekdays from Tuesday to Thursday (except on public holidays) for EUR 45 per person, excluding drinks.

Our restaurant is open daily from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The gourmet restaurant is closed in January.
Closed on Sunday and Monday.
