Our gourmet restaurant has been awarded a star from the Michelin Guide from 1998 up to present. Casual, easy-going, relaxed. This is how we would like to describe the atmosphere in our restaurant. Opposite of what most people would associate with a gourmet restaurant. We do not impose a formal dress code and you are welcome to have a bite from your neighbor’s plate. And sometimes the Chef himself will bring out the plates.

A relaxing evening with excellent cuisine and fine wines – this is what you can expect. Your satisfied smile at the end of the evening – this is what we aim for.

Kai Weigand

Kai Weigand has been responsible for the culinary orientation of the Relais & Châteaux hotel at the gates of Usedom since February 2021. He looks back on many years in different outlets under the aegis of Tim Raue, including in the "Restaurant Tim Raue"** and the "Brasserie Collette by Tim Raue". Most recently, he headed the culinary fortunes of the restaurant "Sra Bua" in the Hotel Adlon Kempinski as head chef. His kitchen style is contemporary French. It is particularly important to him that the dishes are accessible and understandable for the guest. He focuses on premium products of the highest quality.

Opening Hours

Our restaurant is open from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. We kindly ask for your comprehension that due to limited capacities in our gourmet restaurant a reservation in advance is obligatory, both for hotel guests as well as external guests. 

Closed on Sunday and Monday. Tuesdays and  from September on also Wednesdays we offer our Bistro menu only.
Alternatively, please visit our Stolper Fährkrug at the River Peene.
